Individual Training
We offer creative individual fitness programs for people of any age. Sessions are conducted in client's home or our training location. Fitness evaluations may include flexibility and strength testing, aerobic testing, body fat measurements as well as a postural evaluation. Program designed, based on results of our evaluation.

Online Training
Online training is similar to one-on-one training, but you have one other person with you during your training time. This is usually a friend or loved one who can keep you motivated and accountable with your training — same as you will do for them. The advantage to this training is a discounted rate per hour of training while still having the focus of your trainer and your goals.

Group Training
Class sizes average 5-8 and are limited to 10 people per trainer. Every class offers a wide variety of strength, range of motion, circuit and core training exercises. You'll have fun training in a small group and will receive ample instruction and feedback from your trainer. Class formats include both 60-minute and 90-minute options. Classes are delivered in 4-week increments (sessions) with a clearly defined structure (time of day/days per week). We can also accommodate frequent travelers and scheduling conflicts.

Corporate Training

Bootcamp
Boot Camp is all about commitment, dedication, and effort. We do everything from running/walking, weight training (upper and lower body), core conditioning, abdominal work, calisthenics, plyometrics, circuit training and more! Everyday is a little different from the day before and you will get a complete workout every week!
